Founded in 1909, The Madison Club is a private members’ club housed in a historic downtown clubhouse at 5 E Wilson St.

Membership plans include Churchill’s Membership with listed dues of $125 per month and a Young Professional membership for those under 40 at $120 per month. There is a one-time initiation fee of $1,000 for standard categories and $400 for Young Professionals.
