Every plan includes the complete platform. Pricing is banded by directory scale (how many reciprocal listings you publish), so larger directories are covered fairly — without per-club metering.
Currency: prices are fixed in each currency for predictable budgeting.

Larger directories mean Affinet builds, monitors, and updates more club information, alongside the extra delivery capacity required — so banding keeps pricing fair while avoiding per-listing charges.
We review your reciprocal list, construct/add the clubs to your directory, and validate key details so your listing is ready to publish. Optional extras include a custom Letter of Introduction template and custom incoming/outgoing reciprocal agreements — both can be completed by your club team, or done by us if you’d rather not spend the time.
No. There’s no per-club pricing and no surprise overages. You choose the band that matches your reciprocal directory size. Very large directories are capped at Unlimited.
Annual billing is effectively two months free: pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service.
Tax & invoicing (B2B clubs)
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied where required by law, based on your club’s location and tax status. We invoice organisations (clubs) only.
No. Prices are displayed excluding VAT. If VAT must be charged for your club, it will be added to the invoice.
If VAT is required to be charged, we add UK VAT to invoices for UK clubs. You’ll see VAT shown clearly as a separate line item.
For EU business customers (clubs), invoices are typically issued without UK VAT where the reverse-charge mechanism applies. We’ll ask for your organisation details and VAT number so the invoice can be issued correctly.
We invoice organisations only. Tax treatment depends on the club’s location and status. In many cases, UK VAT is not charged for non-UK business customers. Any applicable tax will be shown clearly on the invoice.
To invoice correctly we’ll request your club/organisation name, billing address, and (where relevant) your VAT number. This helps keep billing predictable and compliant.
