The Lansdowne Club was founded as a private members’ club in 1935, occupying much of 9 Fitzmaurice Place, which was formerly known as Lansdowne House. The building features a combination of Robert Adam period interiors and 1930s Art-Deco work, and is Grade II* listed. Membership options include categories for Town (residents within 50 miles), Country (UK residents beyond 50 miles), Overseas, and a youth category named 1824 for ages 18-24.
