Membership application, initiation, and dues

Membership is by invitation and is subject to Executive Committee and Board approval. Initiation and dues examples are listed on the club’s site, including Resident and Non-Resident options (details on membership benefits).

Examples provided include: Resident $104/month with a $400 one-time initiation fee; Non-Resident $74/month with a $400 initiation fee; Lifetime $7,500 one-time (no further monthly dues); and Active/Retired Military members pay applicable resident or non-resident dues with no initiation fee.

Payment is due on receipt of the monthly statement; past due accounts are charged a 10% late fee. The initiation fee is refunded only if the application is refused.

Event spaces and venue hire

Private dining rooms and meeting spaces

The club offers private dining rooms and small function rooms suitable for business meetings and seminars. It lists an Admiralty Dining Room for up to 16, along with other private dining rooms and polyvalent spaces.

Member reciprocals and reciprocal clubs

Function policies, deposits, and guest guarantees

A final guest guarantee is required three business days prior to the function. Space is guaranteed by numbers, and the club may move functions as numbers change.

Additional tables and chairs will not be added after the start of any function. If the guarantee is not received three business days in advance, the guarantee is presumed to be the number stated on the contract, and the guest will be charged for that number.

All Saturday events in the Sunset Room have a $5,000 minimum in food and beverage sales.

All functions require a non-refundable deposit within 10 days of booking. Groups canceling private rooms within 9 months will be charged 25% of the charge as a service fee, and canceling within 6 months will be charged 50% as a service fee, as outlined on the function policies page.

Media, newsletters, and event/menu posts
