The Faculty Club

A private members' club offering dining, events, and professional development for faculty, staff, students, and alumni at the University of Toronto.

The Faculty Club at the University of Toronto is a private members’ club and on‑campus social centre housed in a historic Georgian‑Revival building at 41 Willcocks Street, serving current and retired faculty and staff, graduate students, alumni and community patrons.

It programs regular member events—wine nights, speaker series, music and cultural evenings—operates a full professional kitchen with seasonal menus, and provides multiple member and event spaces including lounges, dining rooms, a pub and an outdoor patio for private conferences and social functions.

Membership categories span voting faculty, students, retirees and patrons, with a Joint Membership Plan with Hart House and the Athletic Centre and reciprocal access to more than 200 clubs worldwide.

Reciprocal Clubs

Membership provides worldwide reciprocal club privileges, granting access to the facilities of more than 200 clubs globally. The Club occupies a historic Georgian-Revival building at 41 Willcocks Street and offers multiple event and member spaces, including the Fairley Lounge, Main Lounge, Upper Dining Room, Primrose Room, Foulds Dining Room, The Pub, and a west-side Patio. The Faculty Club operates a full professional kitchen under an Executive Chef. Members have access to a seasonal a la carte menu, weekly spotlight/theme plates, a selection of Ontario craft beers, and a curated wine list. History

The building at 41 Willcocks was redesigned in the 1920s into its current Georgian-Revival form for the Primrose Club.
