Founded in 1973, the Cambridge Club is a Toronto men’s city club for top executives offering athletic, dining, clinic and reciprocal privileges by referral only.
Its facilities include squash courts (notably the only downtown Toronto doubles court), an outdoor rooftop track and training space, a gym floor, wet area with sauna/steam/cold plunge/whirlpool, a private sleeping room, and a bookable boardroom.
The Oak Room provides full breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour menus, while the on-site Cambridge Clinic offers massage, Game Ready recovery, Active Release Technique and craniosacral therapy.

Membership
Membership is by referral only; prospective members must be referred by a current Cambridge Club member. The club positions membership as access to its athletic, dining, clinic and reciprocal privileges. See Membership.
Squash, courts, and fitness facilities
The club offers squash courts, including the only downtown Toronto doubles court. See Spaces & Courts.
An outdoor rooftop track and training space is available with city views.
Fitness spaces include a gym floor with strength and equipment.
Wet area and relaxation space
The wet area includes a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and whirlpool.
The club also has a private sleeping room for rest and relaxation.
Dining in the Oak Room
The Oak Room offers full breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour menus. Menu items include banana nut oatmeal, breakfast burrito, avocado smash, omelettes, daily soup, beef tartare, mushroom gyoza, Korean short ribs, tequila shrimp, salads (Caesar, house, Summer Rocket Strawberry), and mains such as poke bowl, chili tofu stir-fry, steak-frites, burrito bowl, and handhelds including porchetta, Cambridge Club sandwich, Boast Burger and Greek street wrap.
The Oak Room also offers sides such as shoestring fries, chicken and salmon, a happy hour bites selection, and a beverage list including coffee, tea, smoothies, draught beer, seasonal cocktails, and wine. See the club’s menu.
Events and venue hire
The Oak Room can be booked for meetings, presentations, parties, and weddings. It features built-in AV equipment and a mezzanine with glass ceiling views of Nathan Phillips Square and the city skyline.
Availability is Monday–Friday 6:00am–10:00pm and Saturday–Sunday 8:00am–6:00pm (holidays 8:00am–6:00pm). For private event inquiries, see Private Event Inquiries.
Boardroom and meeting spaces
The club maintains a bookable private Boardroom for meetings and presentations with on-site AV support.
The Oak Room mezzanine and Sports Lounge are used for informal meetings and networking, with catering available from the Oak Room.
Cambridge Clinic and therapy services
Clinic services include massage therapy and practitioners offering Game Ready (cold and pneumatic compression therapies for injury and recovery), Active Release Technique (soft tissue treatment for muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves), and Craniosacral Therapy (non-invasive, hands-on therapy). Living Well: programs and articles
The club posts articles and categories related to fitness, food & drink, health & wellness, lifestyle, and clinic topics. The Living Well section also includes posts about creatine, physiotherapy vs athletic therapy, National Health and Fitness Day, seasonal allergy management, mental health topics (anxiety, coping support), and member achievements.

Reciprocal clubs and affiliations
As part of the Cambridge Group of Clubs, members have reciprocal privileges with over 120 clubs worldwide.

Guest policies and access rules
Guests must provide first and last name, email, phone number, date of visit, and, if under 18, name of child guest. On first visit guests must present valid ID to the Front Desk to finalize registration. Fees may be applicable at time of visit.
Guests (or their parent/guardian if applicable) must sign a release acknowledging inherent risks of sports and physical training, releasing and indemnifying Cambridge Group Inc. and consenting to the terms and conditions.
