The Alexandra Club

Club History

The club was founded in 1903, originally known as the Wattle Club, and was later renamed the Alexandra Club. It has moved through several locations on Collins Street, purchasing 139 Collins Street in 1917. In 1981, the club resolved to sell that location and purchase 81 Collins Street, where it established its current clubrooms.
