The venue offers a multi-level conference centre featuring the Royal Benowa Ballroom, which is approximately 1,500 m² and can be divided into smaller rooms. It includes high-tech AV capabilities and a 24-metre LED screen. In-house catering is available along with a variety of on-site restaurants and bars to support conferences, weddings, and banquets.
