Nelson Bay Golf Club

Golf Courses

The club features a 27-hole championship layout across approximately 175 acres. The standard 18-hole routing is par 72, with multiple 18-hole combinations available. The course is designed with tree-lined fairways and abundant native wildlife, including kangaroos, wallabies, and koalas. A notable long hole is the 22nd, listed at approximately 535 meters. Tournaments and Events

The club runs daily competitions and regular club events. Notable annual and seasonal competitions include the Ladies Gala Day in February, Ladies Club Championships in July and August, and the Ladies Golf Classic in September. Lessons and Instructions

On-site practice facilities include a driving range and a practice putting green. The course supports corporate days with a halfway house, a renovated clubhouse, and the Bluewater Grill. The golf shop is also renovated, and an on-site fleet of motorized carts is available for hire. Visitors are not permitted to bring their own carts. Dining Options

Visitor Access Policy

Visitors are welcome seven days a week, and tee bookings can be made online or via the Pro Shop. Green fees must be paid in advance, and the club advises payment no later than two weeks prior to play.
