Liceo Casino de Pontevedra

History

The Liceo Casino de Pontevedra society was founded on 25 February 1855. The current neoclassical building was completed in 1878 and opened on 2 August 1878. More details can be found on the club's website.

Facilities

The club features a historic building known as Sede Social, which includes the Salón Noble, Sala Méndez Núñez, an exhibition room, reading room, library, and cafeteria. Additionally, Parque de A Caeira in Poio is a ~12,000 m² park that houses a Chalet with a cafeteria and restaurant, a chapel, sports pavilion, heated indoor pool, outdoor pools, tennis court, gardens, terraces, snack bar, and children's play area.
