The Lauderdale Yacht Club is a private yacht club founded in 1938, initially established as a boating gathering place. The clubhouse is full-service and includes three distinct dining rooms, two of which have outdoor patios. It features waterfront terraces, a Junior Olympic-size pool with a diving board overlooking the Intracoastal, a kiddie pool, and a baby-changing station. The Lauderdale Yacht Club has an active racing program and is a founding member of the Southern Ocean Racing Conference (SORC).
