About

HoliMont is a private, member-focused ski club located in Ellicottville, New York. Founded in the early 1960s, with its first season in 1962, the club operates year-round with winter skiing as its core activity alongside mountain biking, hiking, and community events. Seasonal Operations

HoliMont operates as a four-season club. For the winter season, the club has a projected opening for the 2025–2026 season on December 13, 2025. Daily lift hours and a slope report are published during the ski season, and summer lift hours for bike park access are also available. Slope Conditions

The club builds and grooms its own snow, with comprehensive snowmaking coverage across the skiable terrain. The resort's site states that it offers 100% snowmaking and 'wall-to-wall' snowmaking measures, along with state-of-the-art grooming. An actively updated slope report is available, which includes information on the mountain's vertical height and the number of trails and lifts, typically around 55–56 trails and 7–8 chairlifts. On-site facilities at HoliMont include the Main Chalet and HoliCenter event spaces, which are used for dining, member gatherings, and weddings. There is also a retail and demo rental shop called GearUp, which offers repair and tuning services. HoliMont offers a variety of snowsports programs. These include youth and junior programs such as Junior HoliHawks and Dew Crew, as well as freestyle and park programs. Seasonal camps, racing teams, and a Snowsports/Ski School that provides private and group lessons are also available. Membership options at HoliMont include Trial memberships, which are seasonal with a one-time fee and credit toward initiation, and Full memberships, which require a one-time initiation fee with age-tiered pricing and payment plans.
