Club de Yates de Acapulco

A sailing club offering regattas, a sailing school, dining, and various facilities including a marina and recreational areas.

Founded from a 1940s "Club Náutico" and formally opened on December 19, 1955 in Bahía de Santa Lucía, the club expanded its pier and marina for the 1968 Olympic sailing events—an extension overseen by Mario Pani and Salvador Ortega that now exceeds 600 meters and holds some 300–400 yachts.

It runs public nautical operations including regattas, sport fishing and a sailing school (Escuela de Vela Aaron Saenz), and supports member and family social programming.

On-site facilities include a clubhouse, restaurants, pools, marina services (fuel, docks, boat racks), a hotel, gym and spa, plus a member portal with security and marina contacts.
