The club is a private members' club founded in 1987, located on Jalan Imbi opposite Times Square in Kuala Lumpur. It is reported to be owned by Pacific Development Co. Sdn Bhd and managed by CCA International Ltd. The club occupies the 21st, 22nd, and Penthouse floors of the Amoda Building.

Facilities

The club features a range of facilities including private banquet and function rooms, a Conference Room/Board Room, a traditional Members Bar, a grand lounge, a library, and on-site parking.
