Membership Options

The club offers two types of membership: Classic Membership and Premier Membership. The Premier Membership includes exclusive rates on personal training, massage, swim instruction, and a private locker. More details can be found on the membership page.

Fitness Programs

Members can participate in various fitness programs including Yoga, Pilates, indoor cycling, cardio and strength training equipment, lap swim and swim lessons, and water aerobics/Aquacise. Group Classes

The club offers weekly group exercise classes, which include Yoga, Pilates, and cycling, as well as water-based group classes such as Water Aerobics/Aquacise. A class schedule is available online at the group classes page.

Personal Training

Spa Services

Nutrition Services

Recovery Services

Amenities

The club features a 25-yard Junior Olympic indoor lap pool with 8 lanes, a fitness floor equipped with cardio and strength equipment, a Jacuzzi hot tub, steam room, sauna, two massage rooms, and locker rooms with towels and toiletries.
