American Club

About

The American Club Taipei (ACC) was founded in 1968 and is located on the former U.S. military Club 63 / China Seas Club site. It has evolved into a private members club serving the international community in Taipei. For more information about its history, visit the club history page.

Facilities

The club offers a range of indoor and outdoor facilities, including a fitness center, a Functional Training Center, and a Multi-Purpose Sports Complex featuring squash courts and a multi-sports court. Additional amenities include a heated 25m swimming pool with a children's pool, outdoor jacuzzi, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis, tennis and racquet courts, a Pro Shop, children's nursery, games room, reading room, library, hair salon/spa, parking, and multiple function/banquet rooms. The club features multiple on-site food and beverage outlets, including The Terrace (coffee shop/family dining), Club Market (delicatessen/coffee-to-go), and ACC Sports Bar. The dining facilities consist of four main dining areas and a delicatessen-style Club Market, with a twice-monthly Sunday Brunch buffet available. Dress Code

The club enforces house-rule dress standards, which include specific requirements for swimwear in pool areas and restrictions on basketball/tank tops unless an undershirt is worn. Outlet-specific dress codes are posted, with casual dress permitted in the Terrace and sports-bar areas, while Sunday Brunch is smart casual.
