Administrator info

The Administrator info tab is part of Your Organisation in the Affinet dashboard. It holds the details of the person who manages your club—name, job title, and how they can be contacted. This is separate from the organisation’s main email and phone, so visitors and partners know who to reach for club administration.

Where to find it

  1. Open the Affinet dashboard.
  2. Click Your Organisation in the dashboard navigation.
  3. Click the Administrator info tab in the left sidebar.

Sections on this tab

Administrator

The name and role of the person who administers the club:

  • First Name – administrator’s first name
  • Last Name – administrator’s last name

  • Job Title – e.g. Club Secretary, Membership Manager, Administrator

  • To edit: Click Edit on the Administrator card, change any of the three fields, then click Save. Use Cancel to discard changes.

Tip

Use the job title that best describes how this person represents the club (e.g. "Club Secretary" or "Membership Officer"). This may be shown in directories or to other clubs.

Admin email

The email address for the administrator. This is the contact for club administration, and may be different from the organisation’s general email.

  • To edit: Click Edit on the Admin email card, enter or change the address, then click Save. Use Cancel to discard changes.

Admin phone

The phone number for the administrator.

  • To edit: Click Edit on the Admin phone card, enter or change the number, then click Save. Use Cancel to discard changes.

Editing in general

  • Each card (Administrator, Admin email, Admin phone) has its own Edit / Save / Cancel.
  • You only need to save the card you changed; other cards are unchanged.
  • If something goes wrong, an error message appears on that card. Fix the value and try Save again, or use Cancel to revert.
  • Organisation info – your club’s main name, address, email, phone, and contact preferences (first tab under Your Organisation).
  • Profile – short description and public profile text (Profile tab under Your Organisation).
  • Organization > Overview – organisation overview and profile.
