Letters of Introduction

Letters of Introduction allow your members to request access to other clubs in your network.

What are Letters of Introduction?

A Letter of Introduction (LOI) is a digital document that grants a member temporary access to another club. It includes:

  • Member information
  • Validity dates
  • Access permissions
  • Digital passes (for mobile wallets)

Creating a Letter

  1. Navigate to the Letters of Introduction tab
  2. Click "Create New Letter"
  3. Fill in the required information:
  4. Member details
  5. Destination club
  6. Validity period
  7. Access level
  8. Review and submit

Managing Letters

You can:

  • View all active letters
  • Revoke letters if needed
  • Resend letters to members
  • View letter history
  • Generate digital passes

  • Always verify member information before creating a letter
  • Set appropriate validity periods
