First Steps

This guide will walk you through your first actions in Affinet.

Onboarding and Setup

Before any listings are made available, Affinet carries out a structured onboarding process.

As part of onboarding:

  • Each club in your reciprocal listings is checked against Affinet’s records
  • Club profiles are reviewed and updated where required to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • The resulting listings are prepared for use across Affinet and for embedding on your website

Once onboarding is complete, clubs can:

  • Embed their reciprocal listings anywhere on their website, with no technical skills required
  • Configure their own Letters of Introduction via the Affinet Dashboard
  • Add or manage customised reciprocal agreements where these exist

For clubs that prefer not to manage configuration themselves, Affinet prepare your letter template and store your custom reciprocal agreements as a bespoke service

See Affinet For Clubs

2. Explore the Affinet Dashboard

The dashboard is where you interact with Affinet - adding or remove clubs, tweak displays, check statistics and so on.

3. Check messages, membership status and payment history

There are available in the main site user menu, top right in your browser.
