Display Options

The Display Options section allows you to control what information is shown on your club's profile and listings.

Letters of Introduction

• Enable Letters of Introduction: Allow visitors to request letters of introduction for reciprocal visits

Warning

Make sure you have completed all the required fields and have a saved letter templated before enabling this feature.

• Allow Enquiries: If you are a destination club, then you can designate a named person to deal with incoming enquiries, thus making visiting arrangements easier

Show Agreements: Display reciprocal agreements with other clubs

This will display default or custom agreements between reciprocal clubs and your club. This makes it clear for incoming and outgoing visitors what facilities are available.

Saving Changes

Click the Save button at the bottom of the form to apply your display settings.

It can take up to 5 minutes for your list to change.
